only taken a week to recover, but well done to the huge squad of westwoods jogscotland athletes who came & saw & enjoyed the glorious night out in kinghorn. results & pictures to follow. needless to say, the hill was steep, the sun shone ,the wind failed to blow, even to help with cooling, & the water around the rock was splashy. well done
