JogScotland Intermediate 1 Class The new block of jogscotland intermediate 1 starts on Saturday 8th August at 9.30 am. Meet at 9.20 in Westwoods café area ready to run. There are 10 weeks in the block. Cost is £25 for all 10 sessions or £3 pay as you go. We start off jogging for 30seconds & walking for 30 seconds a number of times & the target for the end of the block is to jog for 10 minutes.
