what a lovely night & a great atmosphere, running around the lovely [hilly] botanics ALMOST makes for a fun night! well done everyone.

Intermediate & beginners groups now finished till end of july

Well done to all the beginners who have completed beginners 1 & 2 & now get promoted to the intermediate sessions, & also to the intermediates who will be coming along to join in with brendans saturday sessions.
The next structured jogscotland saturday sessions will be commencing on saturday 31st of july.
please spread the word if anyone you know fancies starting to jog in a supportive & friendly group.
