I have to go off & defend my title in the glen affric duathlon this weekend , 
Deirdre is off to newcastle for unspecified fun, & Eleanor will be at portobello parkrun.

 For the beginners this week , week 8, we are doing 2 x 15 mins run & a 3 min walk. continue until you find the finish. don't forget your barcode  & let me know how you get on.
intermediates are up to 2 x 30 mins with a 5 min walk. in between. [?2 parkruns?]
