hi all, no jogscotlandbeginners & intermediates at westwoods next week due to being away & all other options being busy-
so
i suggest as a way of keeping your hand in-pop along to the parkrun, go
for a 5k jog/run/run-walk & see what your baseline is.
the beginners can do either the 3x10 min jog & 3 min recovery walk if you want to use it as a build on today,
have fun & don't start off too fast & let me know how you get on,
