westwoods day out at musselburgh10k

 first & most importantly-the warmup, joined by ERN friends Chris and Andy

some of the 15 WW JS runners who registered for the run before heading off around the lagoons on the 10K route-

shots of ice-cream have been removed to protect the innocent - it was messy! but it was a hot & successful day so i expect it was delicious.
