saturday 1st june

hi everyone,
 i'm helping my friend in the http://www.ratracecitytosummit.com/ so i'm unable to commit to coming out with you guys.

 the intermediates will be able to join in with brendans group, or alternatively,
 i was going to run the beginners at 730 on thursday night right after the new block of thursdaywestwoods jogscotland class.

the intermediates can feel free to join the thursday night westwoods group.

fionas saturday groups for saturday 11th may

hi all, no jogscotlandbeginners & intermediates at westwoods next week due to being away & all other options being busy-
so i suggest as a way of keeping your hand in-pop along to the parkrun, go for a 5k jog/run/run-walk & see what your baseline is.
make sure you register before you go & remember your barcode.
if you want to go along & take part but don't want to get all sweaty-they're always looking for volunteers. also you will not be last- as there is a back runner to ensure no-one goes of course.
the beginners can do either the 3x10 min jog & 3 min recovery walk if you want to use it as a build on today,
have fun & don't start off too fast & let me know how you get on,
