week 10 & beyond

hi everyone, just to remind you that if you aren't coming up to women run strong in 
Dunkeld this Saturday, then i'll not see you until 10th of October.
please note earlier start for intermediates.
any last minute sign ups for womenrunstrong- here is the website.

intermediates should do 40 whole minutes this week, & beginners should do 15 whole minutes this week.
of course, you could always head over to the portobello parkrun 
& let me know how you get on.
